Job summary

RCBC Information Technology is seeking a project manager to lead IT initiatives supporting business strategies in Manila. You will manage major and minor projects, align processes to business needs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Your role includes stakeholder management, feasibility assessments with business users, and ensuring quality through established standards and MLPP compliance.

Qualifications

• At least a 4-year degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application systems design, analysis, development and maintenance across mainframe to microcomputer systems.
• Relevant exposure to banking operations preferred.
• Develops and manages business and technical processes to deliver project requirements.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud-based Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages one major project or multiple minor projects.
• Develops and manages processes to meet business requirements in a cost-efficient manner within targets.
• Manages project team, defines roles, sets objectives, coaches and evaluates performance.
• Coordinates communications among stakeholders including vendors and 3rd parties.
• Ensures project issues are raised and resolved at appropriate levels and reports status to the team.
• Assesses feasibility with business users and helps establish time and effort.
• Performs project reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards and MLPP compliance laws.
• Manages production systems by allocating resources for production problems and ad-hoc requests.
• Maintains and sustains expertise on assigned business domains and related technologies.
