HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Solutions Delivery Lead to head the delivery of IT solutions from our Pasay head office. The role focuses on driving software development projects and ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives.

The incumbent will manage software development, coordinate with business units to define requirements, and ensure quality, security, and best practices across initiatives. Leadership experience and strong PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development or IT solutions delivery with leadership exposure.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
