ALLBANK (A THRIFT BANK), INC. in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee IT change initiatives, ensuring SLA achievement and guiding RFC through to implementation. The role emphasizes strict adherence to scope, budget, time, and risk while maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Requires a minimum of 2 years in project management, strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills, plus excellent communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Formación

• Education: Graduate of any four-year degree in IT, Management, Economics, Accountancy or Business-related courses.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Project Manager.
• Other Skills: Technology savviness; knowledge of project management methodologies; ability to work under deadlines; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure SLA are achieved and user’s expectations are met.
• Review, assess and evaluate all RFC.
• Implement change requests as per plan.
• Assess and implement parameter changes per established matrix.
• Manage projects within scope, budget, time and risk constraints.
• Develop systems based on functional specifications.
• Keep system documentation and technical specs updated and complete.
• Submit project deliverables per milestones.
• Maintain current program version and backups of critical records.
• Perform duties per latest manual of operations and any additional assignments by management.
