HelloConnect in Manila invites an IT Operations Manager to lead a multi-site IT team, architect scalable systems, and ensure desk-side support and infrastructure stability. You will oversee PEZA compliance and work with global partners.

The role emphasizes ITIL practices, security, disaster recovery, vendor management, and stakeholder reporting. Onsite schedule Mon-Fri across BGC, Bridgetown, and Puerto Princesa, with growth opportunities in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 5+ years in IT infrastructure or support.
• 3+ years in supervisory or management role within global orgs.
• Strong English communication and autonomous work style.
• Familiar with PEZA regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with ITIL and DR planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multi-site IT operations team (L1–L3) and mentor staff.
• Define IT service delivery processes, SLAs and runbooks.
• Oversee network and endpoint security, asset management, and procurement.
• Ensure PEZA compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive security, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage projects, vendors, and reporting to leadership.
