Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig City is seeking an IT Manager to lead all information technology functions, from infrastructure to digital initiatives, with 3–5 years of progressive IT leadership and a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS.

The position offers a salary of 50k–60k PHP monthly and is on-site in Santolan, Pasig City. The role requires experience with ERP systems and manufacturing/production environments, overseeing cybersecurity, systems integration, and IT operations while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in information technology
Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all information technology functions, including IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives
Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; on-call basis
