Eastvantage Group in Manila is seeking an IT Operations Manager/Business Partner to lead our technology operations and ensure seamless IT project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex IT/ITO engagements.

You will oversee daily operations, align cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal), drive data-driven decisions, manage programs from concept to go-live, monitor SLAs, and optimize

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years in BPO with at least 4 years in IT Operations, Managed Services, or technology consulting.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, SLAs, incident, problem, and change management across infra, cloud, app support and service desk.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, drive governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across client and delivery organizations.
• Experience managing IT transitions and transformation initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ITSM/reporting tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, Azure DevOps).

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic leadership and team management, developing a high-performing team and implementing best practices.
• Oversee daily IT operations, performance monitoring, and client scorecards with SLA adherence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional performance in IT services.
• Own full lifecycle of IT programs/projects from concept to go-live with budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align delivery with business goals.
• Apply data analytics to identify trends and optimize processes across IT operations and contact center metrics.
• Drive IT transitions and process improvements using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
