Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for engineers and team leaders on technical issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical components.
• Lead analysis and troubleshooting of network, server, and app infra issues.
• Create/modify support processes aligned with international standards.
• Respond to and resolve end-user complaints or escalations.
• Supervise technical operation activities for specific functions or teams.
• Collaborate with ICT leaders to plan and execute operational plans.
• Own project tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate scoping sessions to define solutions.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
