Job summary

eClerx is seeking an IT Analyst – EUSG to support technology operations, incident resolution, and reporting. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams to meet SLAs and ensure information security compliance. The person will handle RCA/ICA documentation and provide timely updates to management and clients.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in IT, strong analytical skills, and English/Filipino proficiency, with onsite work in Alabang, Muntinlupa and night shifts. IT-related degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with computer systems.
• Proficient in English and Filipino.
• Onsite work in Alabang, Muntinlupa with night shift.
• Call Center/BPO exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Maintain documentation, RCA/ICA, and daily reports.
• Conduct operational monitoring and health checks.
• Produce regular reports and support information security/compliance.
