Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions is preferred.
• Conceptual knowledge of IP networks, core IP applications (DNS, NTP, FTP, etc.), telecommunications, and their interaction within an IT computing environment.
• At least one (1) year of experience working with computer systems.
• With Macintosh experience (Apple/Mac) products.
• Experience in a Call Center, BPO, Systems Integrator (SI), or Service Provider environment is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English and Filipino.
• Able to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Able to work on a night shift schedule.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with teams to resolve issues within SLA.
• Document RCA and ICA and ensure timely closure.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and clients.
• Maintain and update operational documentation and reports.
• Monitor compliance with information security policies and guidelines.
• Generate and analyze operational reports and propose process improvements.
