Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in an IT-related field.
• Experience in IT retail/wholesale is advantageous.
• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting, software installation and configuration.
• Familiar with network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and be proactive.

• Perform basic IT hardware troubleshooting, repairs, software installation, and configuration.

• Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

• Coordinate with IT personnel and branch teams nationwide to assess IT requirements, support business expansion, and ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and network systems.

• Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and recommend improvements to management.

• Prepare reports on IT-related concerns, system performance, maintenance activities, and technical recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.

• Experience in IT retail and wholesale operations is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in basic IT hardware troubleshooting, repairs, software installation, and configuration.

• Familiarity with network troubleshooting, IT infrastructure, and system maintenance is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
