Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Field Service Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain integrated systems for optimal performance and security.

You will coordinate damage reports, manage invoicing, and document IT infrastructure while advising on budgeting and ensuring compatibility of components. You will participate in regular maintenance and monitoring across locations, implement security measures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• IT certificates (CCNA, Fortinet) are an advantage.
• Experience operating Fortinet Firewall and security devices.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, especially in cross-country network environments.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate IT Network infrastructure with company standards
• Participate in projects for IT infrastructure across different locations
• Regular maintenance and monitoring of Network Infrastructure
• Monitoring network utilization, equipment patching and network security compliance
• Work with teams provide support and manage IT network services
• Work with external vendors for services support and maintenance
• Assist Regional team for network support and implementation.

This role coordinates damage reports, manages invoicing, and documents IT infrastructure while advising on budgeting and ensuring compatibility of components. Responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance, monitoring for optimizations, and implementing security measures. Additionally, the engineer creates documentation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and ensure compliance with company policies.
