Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an IT Support Field Service Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems across locations. You will coordinate damage reports, manage invoicing, document IT infrastructure, and advise on budgeting.

Responsibilities include regular maintenance, monitoring for optimizations, security measures, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• IT related certificates (CCNA, Fortinet etc) holder is an advantage.
• Operation / Maintain Fortinet Firewall and Security devices experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years related experience, especially in cross country network environment.
• Track working experience for manage Network Firewall.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Participate in projects for IT infrastructure across different locations
• Regular maintenance and monitoring of Network Infrastructure
• Monitoring network utilization, equipment patching and network security compliance
• Work with teams provide support and manage IT network services
• Work with external vendors for services support and maintenance
• Assist Regional team for network support and implementation.
