The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in marketing, with IT or tech sector experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, and hands-on campaign analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Marketing Manager.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, and marketing analytics.
• Experience working in IT or technology-related company.
• Willing to start as soon as possible; onsite work required.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, managing budgets and ROI.
• Develop and launch multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, social media, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize conversion paths using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align marketing with business goals.
• Coach and mentor junior marketers, copywriters, designers, and external vendors.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities to support business expansion and strengthen brand positioning.
