Job summary

Hotel 101 Management Corporation in Cebu seeks an IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations across our hotels and related properties.

The role requires leadership of IT teams, strong knowledge of networks, security, databases, and hotel software such as OPERA or Fiesta system. You will ensure system reliability and drive project improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 3-5 years work experience in IT operations at supervisory level
• Experience leading IT teams in the hotel industry
• Background in OPERA, Fiesta system or equivalent software
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, systems administration, databases, data storage, and phones
• Knowledge in software and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with website systems or monitoring
• Strong critical thinking, project management and decision-making skills

Job Description:

Responsible in the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotels and/or resorts under Hotel 101 Management Corporation.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years work experience in IT operations in a supervisory level
• With experience leading and managing IT teams in the hotel industry
• With background in OPERA, Fiesta system or equivalent software.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Knowledge in software and hardware troubleshooting
