Job summary

Hotel 101 Management Corporation seeks an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day IT systems across its hotels and resorts. You will lead IT teams, oversee networks, security, and system administration, and drive project initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT operations at a supervisory level, with knowledge of OPERA or Fiesta systems and strong problem-solving skills. On-site position in Cebu with a focus on hotel technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years in IT operations at supervisory level
• Experience leading IT teams in the hotel industry
• Background in OPERA, Fiesta system or equivalent software
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, and systems administration
• Knowledge in software/hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with website systems or monitoring
• Strong project management, critical thinking and decision-making skills

Responsible in the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotels and/or resorts under Hotel 101 Management Corporation.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years work experience in IT operations in a supervisory level
• With experience leading and managing IT teams in the hotel industry
• With background in OPERA, Fiesta system or equivalent software.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Knowledge in software and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with website system or monitoring
• Strong critical thinking, project management and decision-making skills
