Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Laguna is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity onsite in Laguna.

The role focuses on ERP/SAP management, manufacturing systems, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, and other quality standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in IT management, including project management and regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT management, covering infra, systems, and PM.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and SAP with databases and manufacturing systems.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Leadership, communication, and GMP/ISO knowledge.

Responsibilities

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite

Location: Laguna

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s overall IT operations, infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, and data communications.
• Lead the management, integration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of ERP, SAP, database, and manufacturing systems.
• Manage and develop the IT team, providing direction across systems, network, applications, programming, SAP, and technical support functions.
• Drive IT projects and technology initiatives that improve business processes, operational efficiency, cost management, and digital transformation.
• Ensure IT governance, security, disaster recovery, policies, and systems comply with regulatory, quality, GMP, ISO, EHS, and QMS requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced IT or business degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably covering infrastructure, systems development, integration, IT operations, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and business applications, preferably SAP, with experience in databases, LAN/WAN, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or other highly regulated industries, is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with working knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, EHS, and QMS.
