Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to lead leadership development initiatives across IT Support Services. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to assess capability needs, design leadership curricula, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

You will serve as the subject matter expert in leadership development, drive AI enablement for leaders, and guide governance of curriculum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Significant experience in leadership development, facilitation, learning strategy, organizational development, or talent development
• Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership development programs
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to influence leaders and drive strategic capability-building initiatives

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder partnership and leadership needs analysis to identify capability gaps
• Design leadership curricula and learning pathways aligned with business objectives
• Lead as facilitator for leadership development programs and onboarding
• Oversee learning solution design with instructional designers and content developers
• Lead AI upskilling and AI-enabled leadership practices within curricula
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and business impact
