Job summary

Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our ICT team in Cubao, Quezon City. The internship offers hands-on software development exposure while supporting daily IT operations in a retail environment.

You will assist with user support, hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and IT asset management under supervision, gaining real-world experience in a nationwide retail company.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in IT/CS or related field
• Basic hardware troubleshooting
• Basic networking concepts
• Eagerness to learn and be mentored

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for employees and branch staff
• Assist with basic hardware troubleshooting of desktops, printers, POS devices
• Help troubleshoot simple network issues under supervision
• Log, categorize, and track support tickets
• Escalate issues to senior IT team
• Assist with IT asset tagging, inventory checks, documentation
• Support IT rollout activities, including training and branch coordination
• Participate in team check-ins and day-to-day IT operations
