Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an IT liaison to act as the primary bridge between HQ and regional subsidiaries. You will keep our infrastructure running, support users, and drive continuous system improvements.

Responsibilities include maintaining servers and networks, cloud platforms, security, onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, asset management, and IT policy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for HQ and regional users — hardware, software, network, ERP/CRM systems
• Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network systems, and cloud platforms (Azure/Alibaba Cloud)
• Perform system maintenance: patching, updates, antivirus management, and data backups
• Manage IT security — user access controls, endpoint protection, and system compliance
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding with account setup, access rights, and device allocation
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service levels are met
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, hardware, and software licences
• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and user guides
• Participate in IT projects, system rollouts, and business initiatives
• Identify and recommend technology improvements to enhance productivity and user experience
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
