Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a seniorContract professional to manage IT infrastructure contracts, renewals and vendor relations. You will ensure compliant, cost-effective terms and monitor performance across key vendors and cloud services.

You will work with legal, IT, and finance teams, operating in a fast-paced environment with regional stakeholders. A strong background in CLM tools, CSP agreements, and procurement processes is required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong ability to interpret complex IT software agreements, MSAs, and cloud service provider agreements.
• Proven track record of negotiating enterprise software/infrastructure agreements to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
• Proficiency with CLM software, procurement systems, and spreadsheet modeling for cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Tracking: Own and maintain the IT infrastructure contract repository and renewal timelines.
• Renewal Execution: Lead end-to-end renewal processes for hardware, software, and cloud subscriptions with zero live-disruption risk.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate terms, licensing metrics, and pricing with IT leadership.
• Vendor Performance: Monitor vendors against SLAs, focusing on uptime and performance.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and internal policies.
• Issue Resolution: Act as escalation point for disputes, performance or billing issues.
• Asset Optimization: Identify license consolidation and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Align terms with budgets and risk thresholds across teams.
