Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Asset and Lifecycle Analyst to manage software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and contract records. You will coordinate evidence collection, control documentation, and audit follow-up across IT, Global Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

The role focuses on reconciliation of entitlements, usage, and costs, while ensuring timely renewals and governance. Strong Excel skills and experience with enterprise agreements are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT asset or software lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with enterprise licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and audits.
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, Basware, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT Infrastructure records for software entitlements, renewals, and related costs.
• Coordinate renewal calendars and engage owners to confirm requirements.
• Reconcile entitlements against usage and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support major software renewals (SaaS, cloud) with data consolidation and reviews.
• Prepare requisitions, track approvals, and ensure PO closures.
