Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst based in the Philippines to manage our ticketing system, provide IT support, and ensure KPI alignment. You’ll assist with system access, device inventory, and documentation, collaborating with teams to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, 2+ years in IT support, strong English, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass; Okta is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass; Okta experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of requests in the ticketing system to streamline IT support and KPI tracking.
• Provide support for systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass.
• Perform maintenance and updates for IT systems and software.
• Manage asset tracking for users in Argentina, including laptops and shipping.
• Document IT procedures and common issues and resolutions.
• Contribute to improving the internal AI Chatbot for IT queries.
• Utilize AI to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within your department.
