Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to support the implementation and monitoring of IT governance processes, ensuring alignment with company policies, standards, and business objectives.

You will review IT processes, coordinate with infrastructure and development teams, support IT projects, and assist in ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and internal controls. The role may also back up the System Administrator for basic tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
2–4 years of IT operations, IT governance, IT audit, or IT project support.
Basic knowledge of COBIT/ITIL frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support IT governance policy implementation and maintenance.
Help ensure IT activities follow governance frameworks and guidelines.
Assist in reviewing IT processes across infrastructure and applications.
Support internal and external IT audit activities.
Coordinate with business analysts and IT teams for BAU projects and governance.
Assist in governance for digital transformation initiatives.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure SDLC governance adherence.
Support solution architects to align with IT standards.
Serve as backup for System Administrator and assist user access management and monitoring.
