Job summary

East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking an IT Finance Manager in Makati to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for technology initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement supports collaboration with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to optimize ROI and control costs.

You will monitor IT expenditures, manage licenses/assets, and build models to guide decisions, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA/CPA assets preferred.
• Solid IT finance, investment planning and corporate FP&A background in tech environments.
• Deep understanding of IT operations, lifecycle cost management and cloud financial tools.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics; strong Excel and budgeting tool skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; familiarity with ITIL and CapEx/OpEx strategies.
