Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking an IT Finance Manager for its Makati City campus. This hybrid role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for technology initiatives aligned with business goals and internal controls.

You will drive IT budgeting and ROI assessments, collaborate with CIO/CTO and IT leaders, monitor IT expenditures, and build financial models to guide vendor negotiations while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Solid background in IT finance, investment planning, and corporate FP&A within tech-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, lifecycle cost management, and cloud financial tools.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics, with strong command of Excel and budgeting platforms.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with ITIL, CapEx/OpEx strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across technology operations
