Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an IT Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) - Supply Chain role to serve as the functional expert for Kinaxis Maestro while supporting SAP S/4HANA integrated planning processes. You will combine business analysis, solution configuration, data administration, and testing coordination to deliver reliable planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning processes such as Supply Planning, MRP, PPDS, ATP, or similar planning functions.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or SAP planning tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional Business Systems Analyst for Kinaxis Maestro planning solution.
• Configure system data, validate data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and configurations.
• Prepare functional specifications, maintain documentation, and deliver knowledge transfer and training.
• Coordinate testing activities including planning, UAT, defect management, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning processes such as Supply Planning, MRP, PPDS, ATP, or similar planning functions.
• Experience working with supply chain planning applications; Kinaxis experience is preferred, while SAP planning experience or other planning tools are also welcomed.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting software testing, UAT coordination, or quality assurance activities is an advantage.
