Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu City is seeking an IT EBA Business Systems Analyst - Contract to Cash to optimize SAP invoicing and billing. You will analyze requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective system enhancements.

The role focuses on SAP configuration, validation, testing, and implementation while driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with user needs across the Contract to Cash area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in SAP functional consulting or a similar functional role.
• Experience with invoicing and billing processes in SAP.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; SAP CRM, SAP Billing and Revenue related solutions, SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP and system solutions.
• Support SAP solution design, configuration, validation, and functional specifications for new features and business requirements.
• Document functional designs and collaborate with business stakeholders to review and obtain agreement on proposed solutions.
• Develop and execute unit, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing while supporting implementation and post implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot business system issues, perform root cause analysis, support critical incidents when required, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

This role analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional system solutions, supporting SAP solution design, configuration, validation, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes and deliver solutions that meet business and user requirements.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5 or more years of related experience in SAP functional consulting, business systems analysis, business process analysis, application support, or a similar functional role
• SAP functional or business process experience with strong knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; SAP CRM, SAP Billing and Revenue related solutions, SAP S/4HANA, configuration, and functional specification experience are preferred
