Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of project coordination experience in IT or system deployment, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining budget controls.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in IT or system deployment projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of system deployment processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans with timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure clear communication among team members, vendors, stakeholders, and leaders.
• Identify risks and issues and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage project risks and issues with timely resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and up-to-date records.
• Serve as a liaison between project team, clients, and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Help ensure the project stays within budget.
• Provide first-line support for software inquiries and issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Log and track support tickets using the designated system, ensuring documentation and timely resolution.
• Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic usage.
• Troubleshoot common software problems and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Participate in user training sessions and assist in developing user guides and FAQs.
