Job summary

Metrobank Center, Taguig is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive IT projects using Agile or waterfall methods, ensuring end-to-end delivery and a robust continuous delivery pipeline.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and proven experience in managing budgets and timelines, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or service delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs project management responsibilities in either waterfall and agile methodology.
• Prepares/creates and maintains Project Plan and Work Plan and secures approvals.
• Prepares Project Status Reports on delivery, schedule, quality and scope.
• Tracks project budget and costs as applicable.
• Manages Scrum process with coordination of Scrum Team in Agile methodology.
• Ensures compliance with internal/external policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates meetings and post-implementation close-out activities.
• Acts as coach/mentor to Scrum Team members and removes impediments.
