Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Data/BI Lead to transform enterprise data into actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.

The role oversees data governance, BI platforms, data warehousing, dashboards, predictive analytics, KPI management and advanced reporting across all business functions. It ensures data accuracy, security and alignment with goals for executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or Finance.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing Data Team.
• Preferably with ITIL4 Managing Professional certification.
• Knowledgeable with Cloud Computing, AWS, Databricks, Cybersecurity governance, AI and automation.
• Strategic Thinking and Decision Making, Change Leadership, Talent Development, Infrastructure Management, Business Acumen, Integrity, Customer Focus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable business intelligence that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
• Oversees data governance, business intelligence platforms, data warehousing, dashboard development, predictive analytics, KPI management and advanced reporting across all business functions; ensures data is accurate, secure and aligned with organizational goals while enabling executives and managers to make informed decisions.
