Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to infrastructure projects.
• Plans and controls the software's development and delivery process.
• Manages the program build through its various development phases.
• Works with project leads and team members to facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess risks, prioritize changes, and schedule release cycles.
• Develops and implements change management processes to ensure smooth transitions when modifying IT systems or processes.
• Evaluates the impact of change and release to bank operations.
• Plans and coordinates software releases, updates, and patches to ensure minimal disruption.
