Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and Account Managers to understand project objectives, and to define detailed system requirements with business stakeholders. Qualifications

• Collaborates with clients and Account Managers to understand project objectives and scope.
• Works closely with business stakeholders and policy developers to define detailed system requirements.
• Partners with development teams to assess feasibility, identify alternative solutions, and recommend enhancements that best meet business objectives.
• Presents proposed solutions to business stakeholders for review and approval.
• Documents system requirements and prepares final functional specifications for client sign-off.
• Maintains accurate documentation of changes and approved enhancements.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates UAT and ORT activities with business users.
• Executes pre-testing preparations to ensure readiness.
• Monitors UAT and ORT execution, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepares and distributes UAT and ORT status reports.
• Conducts initial assessment of reported issues, validating and escalating confirmed defects to developers and the project manager.
• Coordinates closely with the project manager to address risks or delays impacting testing timelines.
• Prepares pre-implementation status reports.
• Ensures all user-side pre-implementation activities are completed before deployment.
• Communicates implementation completion to all relevant stakeholders.
• Provides post-implementation support and guidance to users on new or enhanced system features.
• Advises business users on system features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
