Asticom is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, optimize workflows, and support system rollouts. The role includes documenting requirements, user testing, and collaborating with stakeholders across projects.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/BA/Accounting with at least 3 years of ITBA experience and mandatory exposure to SAP or Financial Systems. Hybrid work setup in Metro Manila, Philippines, with competitive benefits.

• Minimum 3 years as IT Business Analyst.
• Exposure to SAP applications or financial systems required.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases
• Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Produce clear project documentation including functional requirements documents, user stories, and system diagrams
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of developed solutions to validate requirements and ensure defect-free implementation
• Collaborate with project managers on project timelines, milestones, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
• Assist in developing training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption
