Job summary

ABSI in the Philippines is seeking an IT Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience, including exposure to SAP applications or Financial Systems 2. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Accounting is required.

You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, design solutions with technical teams, document specifications, and support QA, training, and project delivery while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst with exposure to SAP applications or Financial Systems 2.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive project documentation, including functional requirements documents, user stories, system diagrams.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to validate that they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
• Training and Support: Assist in the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new system
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis and IT solutions
