Job summary

Emerson in the Philippines seeks a Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation and Data Operations to drive data-driven solutions for Pressure Management. You will translate business needs into system requirements, mentor teams, and lead global reporting standardization.

The role requires 3+ years in IT/software development or data operations, SAFe Agile familiarity, and experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field.
• At least 3 years of relevant IT/software development or data operations experience.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile or similar frameworks.
• Ability to map processes and translate business requirements into system specs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and facilitate requirement gathering, validation, and coordination.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements for developers and users.
• Analyze global process impacts, manage implementation plans, and liaise between global teams and regional departments.
• Support development efficiency, validate test cases for UAT, and review developer work for quality.
• Lead user group discussions, troubleshoot system issues, and document updates to ensure alignment.
• Develop training materials and educate leaders on system updates.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and standardize reports and dashboards across the organization.

You will demonstrate proficiency in understanding the diverse business processes impacting the Pressure Management organization and will actively contribute to the implementation of projects within its scope.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and facilitate requirement gathering, validation, and coordination to align system and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements, guiding developers and end-users and resolving conflicts to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Analyze global process impacts, manage implementation plans, and act as a liaison between global teams and regional departments.
• Support development efficiency, validate test cases for UAT, and ensure consistent quality outputs by reviewing developer work.
• Facilitate user group discussions, troubleshoot system issues, and document business system updates to ensure functional alignment.
• Conduct training and promote the use of business system tools by developing training materials and educating leaders on system updates.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, analyze data needs, and ensure global standardization of reports and dashboards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT software development field, tools and process automation, data operations engineering, or equivalent.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps or any issue/project tracking software.
• Ability to see overlapping functions and interdepartmental dependencies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and models into understandable visual representations.
• Experience in system integrations, process mapping/modelling, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile or Stage-Gate process or similar.
