Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Asset Management Supervisor to oversee the accurate recording of all company assets, optimize utilization, and develop an asset strategy that drives cost efficiency.

You will lead a team of asset management professionals, provide training, ensure policy compliance, and generate regular performance reports for management review. This role emphasizes process improvement and lifecycle management with focus on safety compliance and timely trainings.

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.

• Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review; analyze data to inform procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards; complete mandatory training on time and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with manager/direct reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
• Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.

Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.

Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
