Job summary
WeSupport Incorporated is seeking a Cloud and Data Center Wintel and Backup Administrator to manage Windows Server environments, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise backup systems across on-premises and cloud.
You will ensure reliability, performance, and security of IT services, perform patching, monitor health, support VMware/Hyper-V, and collaborate with Azure and AWS teams, with emphasis on data recoverability and DR tests.
Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in infrastructure, 5+ years in workstation build and automation.
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, Azure Backup)
- AWS (exposure to EC2, S3, IAM)
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Commvault or Veritas NetBackup
- SAN/NAS solutions (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE)
- SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, or equivalent monitoring tools
- PowerShell (basic to intermediate)
