Job summary

iOPEX Technologies in Taguig is seeking an ISO Manager to drive compliance with ISO 27001, 9001 and PCI standards. You will lead internal audits, conduct management reviews, and champion process improvements in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

You will coordinate risk analysis with management and stakeholders, ensure documentation, deliver training, and drive closure of audit findings, including PCI compliance; onsite schedule with night shifts at BGC.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience as an ISO Manager or in a related field is highly preferred
• Preferably with hands-on knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, including information security risk management, ISMS implementation, security controls, and audit requirements

Responsibilities

• The ISO Manager ensures processes laid down are followed by all process owners.
• Performs Internal Audit function and maintains records.
• Conducts Management Review meetings and other ISO-mandated meetings.
• Encourages teams to suggest process improvements and facilitates implementation.
• Performs risk analysis and mitigation plans with management and stakeholders.
• Ensures all documentation requirements of standards are complied.
• Conducts process trainings and Internal Audit trainings.
• Identifies redundant/obsolete processes and recommends updates/removal to process owners and management.
• Keeps records of all documents and records per quality standards in Master Document.
• Conducts information security awareness programs/tests organization-wide.
• Drives closure of external and internal audit comments.
• Ensures organization-wide compliance to PCI standards.

• The ISO Manager makes sure that processes laid down are complied with by all process owners.

• Candidates with 2-3 years of working experience as an ISO Manager or in a related field are highly preferred

• Should be willing to work onsite on a pre-dominantly nigh/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
