Job summary

iOPEX Technologies is hiring a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to welcome new hires, provide onboarding kits, office tours, and lead them through first-day activities.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year HR onboarding experience, excellent English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Onsite work in BGC, Taguig with day/mid shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR onboarding.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour

• Introducing new hires to their team members

• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed

• Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries

Requirements:

• College graduate or equivalent qualification

• Must have at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR Onboarding

• BPO experience is an advantage but not required

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
