Job summary

Citco International Support Services Limited-Philippine ROHQ is seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury Operations Analyst to provide operational support for monthly treasury processing. You will enter treasury activity across the global unit, ensuring timely processing and high accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years in financial services, familiarity with hedge funds or funds, strong data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or College Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in Financial services with exposure to Treasury, Payments, Investor Relations.
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds, private equity and real estate funds.
• Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Team player with ability to cope with individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for monthly treasury processing.
• Enter all treasury activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines.
• Maintain high accuracy standards for the entry of treasury activity.
• Distribute correspondence to investors including cash confirmations and wire update notification.
• Assist with other related duties as required.
• Maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of treasury activities.
• Follow fund specific instructions/variables.
• Perform anti-money laundering review for receipts related to incoming subscriptions and for cash mappings to facilitate investor redemptions and fee payments.
• Ensure emails and queues are maintained within SLA.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Primarily be responsible for operational support of monthly treasury processing
• Responsible in entry of all treasury activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines

About You

• You are Bachelor's or College Degree holder of Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent.
• You have 1 - 3 years experience in Financial services with exposure Treasury, Payments, Investor Relations. Fresh graduates may also apply
• You have knowledge of hedge or mutual funds, or private equity and real estate funds
• Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with high degree of accuracy
• You have the skills data and alphanumeric entry with high degree of accuracy
• You have excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
• You are a team player, and able to cope with individual responsibilities
