Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. in the Philippines is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to support internal quality assurance activities within the Medina site.

You will prepare IQA schedules, monitor CPARs, coordinate corrective actions with departments, and maintain comprehensive IQA records and documentation. The role requires a degree in a related field and at least 2 years in QA/production, with GMP/BRC/HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical, Production, or Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of GMP, BRC, HACCP, and food safety prerequisite programs.
• Completed formal Internal Quality Audit training from a certified training organization.
• MS Office proficiency; strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the annual IQA schedule in accordance with BRC requirements.
• Distribute and monitor CPARs from internal and external audit findings.
• Coordinate with departments on CPAR completion, submission, and corrective action verification.
• Prepare IQA trackers, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Monitor IQA schedules, CPARs, and quarterly verification activities.
• Maintain and archive audit records, evidence, and documentation.
• Coordinate IQA closing meetings with relevant departments.
• Encode and maintain IQA procedures and records.
• Prepare purchase requests and manage office supplies for the IQA department.
• Perform administrative, coordination, and other assigned IQA-related tasks.
