Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a QA/QC specialist to ensure materials and products meet quality standards. You will perform routine testing across product, environmental, and equipment QA and participate in sanitation and GMP/HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering; licensed Chemical Engineer is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Laboratory experience and SQCT-related training are an advantage.
• Knowledgeable, systematic, detail-oriented, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
• Good communication, documentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet quality standards.
• Conducts routine product, environmental, and equipment quality testing and inspections.
• Monitors production processes and identifies, reports, and holds non-conforming products.
• Ensures proper sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and quality control procedures are followed.
• Prepares quality reports and coordinates quality concerns with QA and Production Supervisors.
• Participates in required training and company activities.
