Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst to support the Risk Management team from Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on reporting excellence, data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation across the ASPAC region.

You will partner with Credit Management, Collections and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, standardize reporting, and drive efficiency. Hybrid work arrangement in Asia Pacific is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASPAC I2C reporting and AR metrics.
• Ability to develop automation solutions for reporting.
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Credit, Collections, Cash Application).

Responsibilities

• Own ASPAC I2C operational reporting.
• Develop, standardize, and automate regional reports and dashboards.
• Analyze DSO, overdue AR, AR forecast accuracy.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and support regional reviews.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and risk.

What You Will Do

Kenvue is recruiting for an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst to support its Risk Management team. The role will be based in Manila and will be responsible for driving reporting excellence, data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the ASPAC region.

Reporting and Business Analytics

As a member of the team, you will partner closely with Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Commercial teams, and other key stakeholders to provide meaningful business insights, standardize reporting, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop automation solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and overall performance.

• Own and maintain ASPAC I2C operational and management reporting.
• Develop, standardize, and automate regional reports and dashboards.
• Analyze key I2C performance metrics including but not limited to:
  • DSO
  • Overdue AR
  • AR Forecast Accuracy
• Deliver timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through data analysis.
• Support regional business reviews and executive presentations.

Digitalization and Automation

• Drive automation initiatives across the ASPAC I2C organization.
• Identify manual activities and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
