Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive Finance experience, preferably in Invoice‑to‑Cash.
• At least 4–7 years in people management and leadership.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Credit Management and I2C Reporting & Analytics operations.
• Manage customer credit risk, portfolio exposure, and credit governance.
• Develop policies, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation.
