Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting for an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst to support its Invoice to Cash team, for Collections and Disputes/Deductions Management. The role will be based in Manila.

As a member of this team, you will support daily operations and help drive process optimization while ensuring adherence to compliance and performance standards. Within Kenvue’s Invoice to Cash team, we value ideas for innovation and improvement and are committed to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with exposure collections and deductions.
• Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.
• A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and help execute against key KPIs and targets as set by the team manager.
• Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
• Proactively manage assigned accounts through the invoice to cash cycle across collections.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries, requests and issues related to invoice to cash for an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Generate and review collections worklists for timely follow-ups to maximize cash flow.
• Manage new customer setups and assign profiles to collections specialists.
• Send correspondence and past due notices to maintain payment schedules.
• Identify customer deductions and collect supporting documentation in deductions/disputes.
• Perform root cause analysis and deduction resolution, process deduction adjustments and write-off balances.
• Provide reporting & analytics on collections and deductions performance.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Help execute against key KPIs and targets as set by the team manager
• Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.

Collections Management Oversight

• Key activities inclusive of but not limited to:
• Proactively manage assigned accounts through the invoice to cash cycle.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with exposure collections and deductions.
