Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure compliant disclosure documents for quarterly/annual results and related activities.
• Execute quarterly earnings briefings with complete, accessible materials and speakers.
• Prepare IR update reports for AEV boards.
• Coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and investor calls.
• Serve as alternate contact for shareholders and analysts.
• Track market sentiment and investor feedback.
• Benchmark against peers and track shareholder ownership changes.
• Lead logistics and production of key IR events.
