iSupport Worldwide is seeking an Investor Relations & Marketing Communications Specialist in Pasig City (On-site) to drive investor communications, financial reporting, fundraising, and broad digital campaigns. • 2–4 years of experience in investor relations, corporate marketing, financial communications, or a closely related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced formatting, animations, and master slides.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva, WordPress, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
• Experience maintaining CRM systems or investor databases, including record management, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of financial statements, regulatory filings, and financial reporting concepts.
• Ability to work with Excel models, trackers, reports, databases, valuations, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FINTRX, GitHub, Claude Console, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Foundry, SEO and GEO tools, digital advertising platforms, and event management or RSVP platforms is advantageous.

• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
• Comfortable working with financial and technical information.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, entities, projects, and disclosure requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain investor overviews, presentations, tracking reports, and Excel analyses for investors, analysts, rating agencies, lenders, senior management, and board-level audiences.
• Draft, edit, format, approve, and distribute press releases, newsletters, shareholder communications, and investor updates.
• Assist with quarterly earnings activities, including presentation updates, press release formatting, call scripts, Q&A materials, and dissemination logistics.
• Maintain investor records, segmentation data, coverage reports, and CRM databases to support accurate communication and reporting.
• Prepare fundraising analytics, investor due diligence materials, roadshow presentations, valuation reports, stock-price performance tracking, and other key financial analyses.
• Review peer earnings results, sell-side research, conference calls, regulatory filings, industry developments, competitor activity, and relevant market intelligence.
• Build, format, and maintain investor presentations, earnings decks, and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Design and execute email campaigns supporting investor updates, fundraising initiatives, conferences, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage recurring investor, borrower, and sponsor newsletters while maintaining email distribution lists, suppression lists, campaign schedules, and compliance workflows.
• Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, document accuracy, and version control across materials supporting multiple entities.
• Support website updates, search optimisation initiatives, digital advertising activities, and lead-generation efforts.
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign engagement, audience activity, conversion metrics, and communication performance.
• Assist with public relations initiatives, thought-leadership content, social media materials, and blog content.
• Collaborate with legal teams and third-party vendors to maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date digital content.
• Support conferences, sponsorships, media appearances, speaking engagements, and related promotional activities.
• Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, vendors, contracts, event reporting, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Prepare and maintain industry submissions, league-table submissions, document version control processes, and digital asset libraries.
