Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a professional to oversee Personal Management Trusts, Administrative Agency Accounts, and Family Office Accounts, ensuring compliance with provisions and proper execution of client instructions. You will collaborate with Wealth Planning Counsels to convert referrals into onboarding and manage documentation across the account lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Able to steer the team and work well under pressure
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills with attention to details
• Knowledge in Trust Business and Family Office Handling Trust Accounts and fieldwork with local government agencies

Responsibilities

• Review proposed dispositive provisions, structures, products, administrative agency services, and related arrangements.
• Prepare, maintain, and track trust agreements, administrative agency agreements, onboarding documents, and other wealth planning documentation.
• Monitor and implements client services, instructions, dispositive provisions, and account-related transactions for Family Office Accounts to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinates administrative, documentary, and operational requirements for Family Office engagements in a responsive and well-organized manner.
• Identifies service delivery gaps, resolves account-related issues, conducts necessary research, and supports special projects or administrative requirements to strengthen execution, improve responsiveness, and support the business objectives of Wealth Planning and Family Office.
