Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Custody Services Associate to provide operational support for day-to-day custody transactions and to act as the primary contact for institutional clients and Account Officers.

You will assist in settlement of securities and cash, reconciling holdings, monitoring corporate actions, handling fund orders and tax documentation, and delivering client reports, under Senior Management guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably business/finance.
• Keen on detail with effective oral and written communication.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High initiative and innovation.
• Computer literacy, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely and accurate settlement of securities and cash transactions.
• Support reconciliation and recording of securities and cash holdings across registries, depositories, custodians, and settlement accounts.
• Assist in monitoring corporate action events, notifying clients, processing instructions, coordinating with external parties, and facilitating related settlements.
• Facilitate fund orders and settlements, assist with tax documentation and reclaim services, and support client inquiries and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client reports, certifications, and statements, while performing other operational duties assigned by Senior Management.
