Qualifications

• Customer service experience in regulated financial services
• High School or equivalent qualification
• At least one year of customer service experience in voice, chat, email, or blended support
• Proficiency in English and Filipino, written and spoken
• Ability to follow procedures and apply them to customer scenarios
• Ability to work accurately with client, transaction, and account information
• Basic computer proficiency with web apps, email, and data-entry

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries through chat, email, voice, and social media
• Assist clients with inquiries related to account opening, identity verification, access, deposits/withdrawals, orders, portfolio information, statements, fees, settlement, dividends, and other actions
• Review client, account, transaction, funding, and order information in CRM and back-office systems
• Identify causes of issues following troubleshooting procedures
• Explain platform functions, statuses, timelines, fees, and restrictions clearly
• Escalate cases to the responsible team for order execution, reconciliation, or compliance matters
• Create complete case records with concerns, checks, response, and follow-up actions
• Follow KYC, AML, data privacy, and information security procedures
• Inform Team Leader about recurring issues and system incidents
